Insurance IT Project Manager (m/f)

Novum GmbH with headquarters in Nuremberg, has already been a very successful company in the field of consulting, system development and information management since 1993. It has around 140 employees in Nuremberg and is on the course of expansion.

We give advice and support to well-known national and international insurance companies as well as companies active in the field of the financial service sector during realisation, analysis and implementation of data processing projects in the field of Java EE 5.0 technology as well as during demanding coaching sessions.

One of our creatively developed products is our own standard software V'ger. This system enables an up to date portfolio management and individual product development.

Branches already exist in Cologne, Munich, Maribor and Vienna.

In order to strengthen our young and innovative team, we are looking for an insurance IT project manager (m/f) .

• self dependent supervision of projects in the field of portfolio management, claim and benefit systems, encashment or partner systems within the insurance environment
• implementation of software platforms
• co-operative analysis together with the customer and specification of the strategy for improvement of workflow and structures
• monitoring customer projects during all phases of the project including conception, design and controlling
• contribution to further development and improvement of our in-house standard software V'ger software platform

• experience in project management in terms of implementation and development of applications in the JEE environment (ideally in the field of the insurance or financial service sector)
• personality with a business approach, social skills and mobility
