V'ger - Claim System

The V'ger software platform is one of the latest standard software platforms for insurers which are being used in the European market today.

The claim system incorporates an extensive keeping of data for all master data and the corresponding claim cases.

The claim system has a history book, is capable of multiple languages and clients, and has extensive information and printing functions. The claim system can be also used as a "service" for other systems.

V'ger uses the JEE standard which provides for a high degree of scalability. This guarantees high performance in batch mode and with a large number of users.

Modifications and extensions of the specialist area - e.g. external proofing system, extension of the data model and process modification - are possible at any time, even after the start of production.

The claim management can use external system parts at any time and has a suspension method with delegation as well as sophisticated search methods.

Individual masks and dialog procedures for any kind of clerks, agents, clients or third persons are individually definable. The V'ger claim system offers GUI surfaces as well as browser surfaces already at its installation.
